Lyfe Resort & Residences, Beverley Beach

My stay at this hotel was far less than ideal due to poor management and customer service. Although the location is decent, I arrived to find a messy room and experienced terrible interactions with security and staff. Unfortunately, the dining options did not meet expectations either, and overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

I had high hopes for this hotel, especially given its beachside location. While the rooms offered ample space and were reasonably priced, the service left much to be desired. From frustrating waits for towels to an uncooperative valet staff, it felt like there were significant management oversights. The pool area was nice, but overall, my experience was overshadowed by the lack of attention to customer service.
